This clean, safe and modern backpackers hostel is located in Newcastle's vibrant City Centre. It is within easy walking distance from sporting and musical venues, food markets, restaurants, pubs, night clubs, art galleries, historical attractions and newcastle main central train station. There are many other major attractions in the north east such as The Angel of the North, Millenium Bridge, The Sage, Centre of Life, The Baltic, Discovery Museum and Laing Art Gallery most of which are close to the Albatross.
Even though there are many hotels and b & b's (bed and breakfasts) in the Newcastle and Gateshead area, none are as cheap or budget friendly.
